Trust is better than love.Why? Because we don't always trust the people we love ,but we always love the people we trust.
Trust = security =confidence within ourself = self love = loving the right people for the right reason
No trust = insecurity = doubting ourself = loving people for the wrong reasons and sometimes the wrong people, again and again.
